Shipping and returns
- Deliveries in 24-48 hours of all products in stock in which no longer delivery time is indicated. These delivery times are valid for within the peninsula.
- In orders over € 50 the shipping costs will be free for the peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
- We work with Correos and the courier company Nacex. The delivery will always need the signature to collect the package. The shipping cost will be € 8.75 if it does not reach € 50. Shipments can carry insurance that will be 8% of the value of the costs.

- Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from Fixedland within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with all the attached labels, in its original packaging and with the manuals, or any other promotional product included. Like when you received it, without having been used or manipulated or installed.
- For the management of returns, the client will send the package with the courier company of his choice and freight at his expense.
- For processing you must contact, via email email@example.com.
- It is important that when packing the item, there is no damage to the original packaging. In the event that it is returned without said original packaging or with damage, the amount to be paid to the customer for the return of the product will be decreased by the corresponding amount according to the condition of the returned product.
- Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses and after checking the state of the merchandise, the amount will be reimbursed through the payment method used in the purchase.
- If the change or return comes from Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or International, both the return costs and the customs expenses and local taxes will be the responsibility of the client.
- If the change or return is made in our physical store it will be free and it can be exchanged for another or similar item.
- We will not accept returns on any item that has been assembled or on clothing that has been washed or worn.
- We do not accept returns on special or à la carte orders unless they differ from the original order.
- We do not accept returns on products made to order only products that have been in stock.
- Any damage to the material must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, otherwise the products will not be replaced.
